Skyline Pickleball Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 3/18/2026

Welcome to Skyline Pickleball, operated by Skyline Experiences LLC (“Skyline Pickleball,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering for any league, event, or activity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years or older to register.

  • All registrations are individual-based unless otherwise stated.

  • Participants are responsible for registering in the correct skill division.

Skyline Pickleball reserves the right to reassign or remove players who are not appropriately placed.

2. League Structure & Format

  • League formats, including schedules, match structure, and playoff formats, are subject to change.

  • Skyline Pickleball may modify formats to ensure a fair and high-quality experience.

  • Participants are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and coordinating as needed.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.

  • Pricing tiers (e.g., early bird, regular, late) are based on availability and timing.

  • Registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed.

4. Refund Policy

  • All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued.

  • This includes (but is not limited to):

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Missed sessions

    • Incorrect division selection

    • Injuries or personal circumstances

    • Removal due to rule or conduct violations

If a participant registers for the wrong division and the correct division is full, they may be removed without refund.

5. Cancellations & Changes by Skyline

Skyline Pickleball reserves the right to:

  • Modify schedules, formats, or locations

  • Cancel or reschedule sessions due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Combine divisions or adjust player groupings if needed

No refunds will be issued for these changes, but reasonable efforts will be made to provide alternatives where possible.

6. Player Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Arrive on time and ready to play

  • Communicate respectfully with other players

  • Coordinate for playoffs or matches when required

  • Follow all rules, instructions, and guidelines

7. Code of Conduct

Skyline Pickleball is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful, and enjoyable environment.

Participants may be removed without refund for:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior

  • Unsafe or aggressive conduct

  • Disruptive behavior, including excessive intoxication

8. Removal & Suspension

Skyline Pickleball reserves the right to remove any participant at any time if their behavior:

  • Violates these Terms

  • Compromises safety

  • Negatively impacts the experience of others

No refunds will be issued in these cases.

9. Third-Party Venues

Activities may take place at third-party facilities.

Skyline Pickleball:

  • Does not control these venues

  • Is not responsible for their conditions or operations

  • May require participants to complete additional venue-specific waivers

10. Communication & Email Sharing

By participating in leagues:

  • Your contact information (including email) may be shared with other participants for league-related coordination (e.g., scheduling and playoffs)

  • This applies only to structured league play

  • Your information will not be sold or used for unrelated marketing purposes

11. Media & Content

By participating, you agree that Skyline Pickleball may use photos, videos, or other media of you for promotional purposes without compensation.

12. Chargebacks & Disputes

By registering, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting Skyline Pickleball.

Submitting a chargeback in violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Removal from current and future events

  • Additional fees or collection efforts

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skyline Pickleball shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of services.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

15. Agreement

By registering, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
